Delhi
Day 1 : Arrival Delhi
Arrival
Delhi: On arrival in Delhi, you would be met and assisted at the airport and transferred
to your chosen hotel.
Day 2 :Delhi
Morning
proceed for a full guided sightseeing tour of Old and New Delhi. Evening at
leisure.
Day 3 : Delhi - Patna
Morning
transfer to Airport for a short flight to Patna. On arrival at Patna airport,
you will be met and transferred to your chosen hotel. Afternoon half-day
sightseeing tour of Patna city, visiting Golghar, Museum etc. Evening at
leisure.
Day 4 : Patna - Nalanda - Rajgir - Bodhgaya
Depart by
surface for Bodhgaya, where Lord Buddha gained enlightenment. En-route visit
Nalanda, which was the great centre of Buddhist learning about 1000 years ago
and Rajgir where the fist Buddhist Council was held after Buddha attained
Nirvana or enlightenment. On arrival in Bodgaya transfer to your hotel. Evening
at leisure.
Day 5 : Bodhgaya - Varanasi
Morning
visit the Temples and Monasteries at Bodhgaya. Afternoon depart by surface for
Varanasi. On arrival at Varanasi transfer to your hotel. Rest of the evening at
leisure.
Day 6 : Varanasi
Early
morning a boat cruise on River Ganges, to view the burning ghats (river side).
Later in the afternoon excursion to Sarnath visiting Stupa, Ashoka Pillar and
the museum.
Day 7 : Varanasi
After
breakfast, depart for After an early breakfast in hotel. take city tours. At
dawn, enjoy boat ride on the River Ganges followed by the city tour visiting
the Vishwanath Temple, Bharat Mata Temple and other important landmarks.
Overnight stay at Varanasi.
Morning city
sightseeing visiting the temples and the bazaars of this holy town. Later in
the afternoon transfer to the airport to connect to your flight for Delhi. On
arrival at Delhi, you would be met and transferred to your chosen hotel. Rest
of the evening at leisure.
Day 8 : Delhi Departure
Departure
Delhi: You would be met and transferred to the international airport to board
the flight to your onward destination.
